Yo Peeps,

Thought I'd give you an update on what I've been up to since the racing season finished in October.

Sadly my race van packed up with a snapped Cam Belt on the way to the last races at Cadwell Park in October and ended up being left parked up at the side of the road in timbucktoo waiting for me to get back and pick it up.

It was layed up in a layby for about a week until I could get back to pick it up with the help of my mate Glyn, who by hook or by crook managed to tow me back behind his car, it was an adventure!

I quickly found another van on ebay which I snapped up, picking it up from South Yorkshire, ikky thoomp, soon afterwards.
It's better spec than the broken van, all electric and more importantly diesel turbo, much more power especially on the big hills!

  

Sold the broken van as a non runner on ebay, managing to get a tidy amount of cash for it, which defo helped with the impact of the money needed to get the new van.

In the last week I finally treated myself to a heavy duty full size Sealey bike left/ trolley table, which is great as my back just can't/ won't take laying on the floor workin on bikes anymore.

Last night, Sat 11th December, was spent up in Flitwick with my mates Danny Imberg, Martin Ratcliff and a good bunch of lads.

We had a bit of a pub crawl and a hefty ruby murry during which awards were issued as part of the Gingerrat racing yearly end of season piss up and general piss take.

Awards were handed out and it was with great pleasure that I received the certificate for the seasons wet racer among us and Olie got best crasher for another year, was awsome having Olie with us!
 


A great night was had by all with Martin the rat feeling as rough as a badgers ass this morning,bless.....lol. Cheerz boys twas a good'un but lets do it bigger and better next year ;0)

Now on a mission to get the 748R sorted (gear selection problem) for a weekend of mayhem in europe in February with the boys, so will be sorting that asap, ye baby!

For now it's all about xmas and the new year so have a bloody good time and I'll see you all on the other side.
